Movies Movie Theater Reservation and Usage Agreement Reservations: Two movie theaters are available with eleven seats in each one for use by owners and in-house guests. In addition, a 3-D theater with 7 seats is available and a Blu-Ray theater, also seating 7, is available for use by owners and in-house guests. The theaters can be reserved by contacting the GL7 Front Desk at 970-453-3330 x0. A wide variety of movies are available for your enjoyment. The movies are a combination of action, thriller, comedy, children's and classics. Personal DVDs are not allowed as this presents a licensing problem. Theater reservations may be made at the following times:
In order to make the theaters available to as many of our Owner's and Guest's as possible, only one advance theater reservation may be made. Grand Lodge Owner's may make their advance reservation as soon as they have a confirmed reservation to stay on property. All other Guest's staying on property can make their advance theater reservation once they have checked in. Owner's wishing to use the theater for day use may make a reservation 24 hours in advance of the requested time/date. All other movie reservations can be made the day of the requested reservation; these will be made on a first come first serve basis, depending on availability. Same time slots cannot be reserved on consecutive nights. If you do not show up for your theater reservation within the first hour we will assume that you no longer want to use the theater and will release it to other Guests. E.g. if you have a noon slot reserved and do not show up by 1pm we will release your time slot to other Guests. Age requirements: Children 15 and up may use the theaters without parental supervision. There are, however, "R" and "NC17" rated movies available, so parents, please take note of this. Potential Fees: There is no cost for reserving the theaters. In addition, each theater receives a complimentary clean from our Housekeeping staff between reservations in order to ensure the best possible experience for our owners and guests. However, a cleaning fee of $50 will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file if excessive cleaning is required after use. Please let the Front Desk staff know immediately if the theater is not clean upon your arrival. WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED WATCHING YOUR MOVIE PLEASE REMEMBER TO 'POWER DOWN' THE THEATER. |
